La Fibule is considered to be an emblem of Berber jewellery. If we refer to the famous legend, it is not only a protective talisman, but also a sign of pride and strength.

Black is thought to have a purifying effect as it is the most 'absorbent'. Black helps remove any emotional barriers we have constructed around painful memories, fears and phobias. Black also can open the heart, and remove walls we have built between ourselves and others.
